Q: A woman has been with her man for 15 years. For the past three years, they've only had sex 10 times. What does that mean?

A: Any dramatic changes in health, religion? Any physical changes? I'd need more. But I'll give you a few things it could be. And then I'm going to tell you why this woman must be INCREDIBLE.

a.) the attraction is gone but the love is still there. There's one thing besides money that trumps sex, for men at least, and that's peace over pussy.

b.) he been watching porn and his freak level surpasses what she's willing to do. So he has some side on the side or a Hooker, just for those purposes.

c.) erectile dysfunction. Ten times in 3 years. That's about the average time an E.D victim can get hard without pills.

d.) he's confused sexually. He may want penis but don't know how to tell you.

Now I'm sure as a woman - better yet, a human, you want the person you love to want you. But for women, I understand the rejection part and feeling unwanted, but take it as a badge of honor.

That means you bring more to the table than just ya vagina. You must be a wonderful person. Probably as fun as his boys. You may be Queen Latifah in 'Just Wright'... but then again, I think Common was hitting that. But look, You're what every man is searching for. Take pride in that and talk to him. And come to him with The questions, write in what he says and I can assess it better.

Q: What does it mean when a man always has his phone locked? Or faced down?

A: That his woman can't be trusted to mind her business.

Q: Why haven't I met his female friends yet?

A: When he mad at u he probably dogs you out to them. And if he brought you around, they'd probably say something slick to out him, then it would be a whole fight and he'd have to choose.

Q: If my boyfriend says he loves me, but isn't having sex with me, what does that mean?

A: That he loves you as a friend, confused sexually, micro-penis, or he has strong religious values that he wants to uphold. But don't pressure him. If you not willing to wait till he's ready then you're not worthy of him.

Q: If he doesn't want kids and I do, should that be a deal breaker?

A: Yeah. 'Cause you're going to end up pregnant and he will despise you, and although he could've used a condom, we know after some time together condoms go Bye-bye. So to avoid him breaking your heart, or you ending up a single mom - or even worse: him pushing you down the steps, just leave the situation all together. You won't regret it in the long run.

MissLissaKnows.com contributor, Mr. McBride is delivering unfiltered responses to some of women's most asked questions.

Q: Can a man be with a woman who makes more money than him and genuinely be happy?

A: A secure man can. Our manhood isn't defined by our paycheck but more of what we provide. If she/ you make lots more than him, a man's man will still lead the relationship.  And on the flip side your larger paycheck isn't a reflection of your role in the relationship. Chances are you still want to be the woman in the relationship

Q: Do dudes ever fake orgasms?

A: I'm sure I'm not the only one that has. Wanna know why? Well there's  a myriad of reasons. Sometimes you're smelly and we don't know till we up in there, other times - and I know it's hard for you to believe cuz every woman thinks her box could Part the Red Sea - but it just ain't good and we wanna get it over with. Another time I've faked is cuz-- I'll save that for my book.

Q: Shouldn't the man pay the bill, on a first day?

A: I don't think it's LAW but it's the "traditional" thing to do. But we're breaking traditional roles. Look, if you meet a guy Thursday and he dying to go out with u Saturday, just know it ain't cuz he wanna get to know u better, but because he wasn't a to fornicate as soon as possible. I suggest this: go out somewhere and truly get to know each other, or spend time on the phone before money is spent. Because the way we feel about our money is the way y'all feel about y'all coochie - if we spend it, we want to get something out of it..

Q: It there a such thing as "too freaky"?

A: depends on the person you're freaking. Being tied up and whipped may be too much for one and not for the other. If this is a guy writing in and you're the freak, gonas far as she'll allow. And respect her boundaries when she says it's enough. If your a guy, and ya girl is the freak, don't ostracize her because she's into things you aren't. Even if you don't wanna go that road, let her know it's nothing wrong with the street, it just ain't where ya car is parking

Q:If your mother and your girlfriend/wife get in an argument, who's side should you take?

A: you shouldn't take a side (publicly) but try to resolve it and keep them apart until they have cooled off. But privately listen to both sides and try to apply logic the situation. It'll prolly end up being your fault anyway, but at least they'll be mad at you and no longer mad at each other.

gospel singer tina campbell (of mary mary) supports trump

In the true spirit of Christianity, gospel singer Tina Campbell too to her Facebook account to scribe a lengthy letter regarding the state of America, in the wake of all the nonsense created by President Trump. While I understand her opinion, I respectfully disagree.

Black people continuously allow actions that others counteract. We have been groomed to "turn the other cheek", while our oppressors continue to oppress! The use of Bible scriptures only add insult to injury! You're probably saying to yourself, "I thought God was her Publicist". YES! This is true. However, I practice spirituality NOT religion.

Take a look at her open letter. Formulate your own opinion, and feel free to drop a comment.

Good morning everyone :). I have a perspective regarding our new president, Mr. Donald Trump, that i'd like to share with you. I ask that you would please read my letter below with an open mind. If it happens to resonate with you, my hope is that you would forward it to as many American citizens as you have access to:

An Open Letter Regarding President Donald Trump........

By Tina Campbell

Despite the unfortunate reality that we live in a country which is divided by our differences, misguided by ignorance and fear, obsessed with power, and overcome with greed, I still choose to believe that better days are coming. I believe that, although America and all of its leaders are far from perfect, our spiritual guidance and covering that has been granted from our initial decision to be "One nation under God,” is what has established us as the great nation that we are.

I understand that Mr. Donald Trump is our new president, not our God, so as a citizen I choose to have a sensible expectation of him, accompanied by much prayer for him, and a complete dependency on God to work through him, as well as the others that are in office, to secure the welfare of this nation. I choose to opt out of fear of the unknown but rather opt in to hopeful expectation because if God is for us nothing can successfully stand against us.

I believe that understanding and compassion is absolutely necessary for the progress of all people. So, although I don’t always understand or agree with Mr. Donald Trump's politics, perspective, and approach, I believe that the same God that created all of us has deposited greatness inside of him that goes far beyond what many of us have seen and what many of us could imagine. I believe that God can do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think, according to the power that works in us. I believe that the power that works in us is our ability to love, and unify, and humble ourselves, and forgive, and hope, and pray, and educate ourselves, and apply wisdom and hard work to knowledge. I choose to believe that that same power that comes from Almighty God is at work in Mr. Donald Trump, and it will be used for the greater good of this nation and its people.

I believe that no creed, nor color, nor class, nor status of people are better than the other, but we are all valuable; we are all necessary. I believe that all people and all lives matter, including that of Mr. Donald Trump and his family. I believe that the leaders of this nation should protect the opportunity for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for every single one of its citizens. And, I choose to believe that Mr. Donald Trump shares this same belief.

I believe that, as the Bible establishes, and as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s life has proven, we will accomplish more with love and unity than we ever will with indifference and division. I believe that fairness will build us, and fraudulence will destroy us. I believe that elected leaders should govern honorably and serve with integrity. I believe that the constituency of this nation should pray more for our leaders, and complain less about them. I believe that with God all things are possible, and without Him we are left with uncertainty, plagued with impossibilities, and ultimately destined for devastation.

I believe that neither Mr. Donald Trump, nor any of us, are the sum of our mistakes, but instead, we are the sum of the potential and greatness that God, our creator, has deposited inside of us. I choose not to discredit that potential and greatness inside of Mr. Donald Trump simply because my previous perception of him has not been as great as the God who masterminded his existence.

President Donald Trump is the elected leader of this nation so, as a citizen, I choose to be for him. This is not a statement of agreement with all that has been, nor all that will be. It is a statement of a mature, responsible citizen who knows that a perspective, a strategy, or even a fight based in understanding, love, and a willingness to work together as we move forward, accomplishes more and goes much farther than a strategy based in anger, rage, fear, complaints, utter contempt, constant disagreeableness, and noncooperation.

I’m so grateful that I have an inherent right to choose my perspective and, because of that, I choose to forgive all things that I have read, seen, and/or heard from or about Mr. Donald Trump that I deem as hurtful or offensive. I believe that transformation and progress are inevitable when love and forgiveness are at the helm of the journey. Unforgiveness separates us, but forgiveness unites us. Hate kills us, individually and collectively, but love builds and beautifies all who exercise it. And, when I say love, I am speaking of love as the Bible defines it in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails......”

I believe that we frame our world by what we choose to believe and ultimately by what we speak. I agree with the Bible that life and death are in the power of our tongue, so I refuse to speak death over this nation and its people by speaking ill over its new president.

I choose to believe in President Donald Trump. I choose to stand with him, and pray for him; because, as a follower of Jesus Christ and a firm believer in the Holy Bible, according to 1 Timothy 2:1-3, I have been commanded to: “The first thing I want you to do is pray every way you know how..... especially for rulers and their governments, to rule well.... This is the way our Savior God wants us to live.” My prayer is that every person in this nation who has the unalienable right to choose their thoughts, their perspective, and their words, would make this same choice.

I choose to believe that America is great, always has been great, and is becoming greater because it is in God that we trust. He is the founding father of this nation, and there is no failure in Him. I chose to believe that a people led by President Donald Trump, united under God, will never be defeated.

emmett till accuser finally tells the truth... he was innocent!!!

The story of Emmett Till is one that spring boarded the civil rights movement. At only 14 year old, Till was visiting family in the deep south of Mississippi.  The child was brutally assaulted, shot, lynched and tossed in the Tallahatchie River, after allegedly flirting with a white woman.

While Will Smith & Jay Z are currently producing a mini-series to shed more light one the ongoing, unjustified brutality black people face, this story has had a major development.

After more than 60 years, the woman at the center of the case has spoken out for the first time!

Carolyn Bryant Donham (then named Carolyn Bryant), is the white woman who accused Emmett Till of grabbing her by the hand/waist while acting inappropriately at her shop. Just two days later, Emmett was kidnapped from his relative’s home by the Carolyn's husband at the time, Roy Bryant, and his half-brother, J.W. Milam. The two men took justice in their own hands and Till’s body was found floating the Tallahatchie River. Till's mother insisted on having an open casket, so the would could see what vicious injustices her child violently endured. The photo is attributed catapulting the Civil Rights Movement.

After a highly publicized trial, complete with compelling evidence, Bryant and Milam were acquitted of Till’s kidnapping and murder in September 1955 by an all-white, all-male jury. With the charges being irreversible, the pair decided to admit to their crimes, in a Look Magazine article. They were compensated $3000.00 for the story.

Now, yet another publication is producing a confession. On January 26th, 2017, Vanity Fair posted an article in which in author named Timothy Tyson tracked the "lying lady" down. In an interview conducted back in 2007, as research for his book, Timothy sat down with Carolyn Bryant, who was 72 at the time. She was 21 when she made her claim of foul play.

Carolyn admitted to falsely accusing Emmett Till. “Nothing that boy did could ever justify what happened to him.” She also admitted she “felt tender sorrow.”

I don't care how old this lady is, she needs to be prosecuted for lying under oath! Emmett Till's mother died without ever having justice. Carolyn needs to rot in prison.

know movies: the new edition story

Last night wrapped the three part biopic based on the legendary music group, New Edition. "Amazing" is a descriptive understatement for this movie!!! BET really elevated the bar so lowly set by the network, Lifetime after they slaughtered their rendition of an Aaliyah tell-all tribute and the tragedy they made about Whitney Houston.

There is nothing bad to be said about the finished product. Everything was so on point, from the casting to the wardrobe. Plus, the actors really embodied the stars they were hired to portray. Of course, this is because the actual members of New Edition were involved, (unlike in the Aaliyah mockery produced against the family's wishes, by Wendy Williams & Lifetime). Initially, I was slightly turned off by the film being 3-parts. However, I did understand that a tale of this magnitude would need to be longer, in order to for the integrity not to be compromised.

This movie reignited something so necessary in music. People young & old are appreciating the vast contributions made but this super group. I will definitely be watching this movie again... And again!!!!!

"a man's mind"

Women always wish they could tap into the minds of their sexual counterparts. To have a means of actually knowing what a man is thinking or be able to freely ask the need-to-know questions. Well, look kNOw further!!!

MissLissaKnows.com contributor, Mr. McBride is delivering unfiltered responses to some of women's most asked questions.

Q: How do you know if a man is unhappy in a relationship?

A: Great question. Usually if the woman is running the relationship there's an unhappy man lurking in the shadows. But y'all tend to read into things that aren't there so the best way to find out is to CALMLY ask him - and don't be confrontational about it. Because if he thinks it's gonna cause an argument he's gonna lie.

Q: What does it mean if a man is engaged, but is still consistently texting his ex?

A: Engaged or not, it means the same thing. If he's still texting his ex then he still misses the sex. Men very rarely have general or casual conversation with a woman WITHOUT pretense. We wanna bone. So if you're lucky, it's just that he wants to sleep with her... if you're not so lucky, he still has feelings for her and misses the relationship.

Now there's an addendum to this, had you said they went out, I would of said not to worry about it. I've gone out with a ex while I was in a relationship and it only made me love and appreciate my girl more because my ex was trash. That "outing" only proved to me why I left in the first place.

Q: How I tell my man to spice it up in the bedroom, without offending him?

A: "Spicing it up"?, I'm gonna assume means getting kinkier. Tell him "baby I ain't never been this satisfied (u gotta gas his head up first) but - and I'm ashamed to even say this - my girls at work were talking about something and I wanna try it".

Q: Why do guys like to receive oral, but not return the favor?

A: Ummmm. Guys; plural? Only thing I can say is ya coochie stink. Go to the GYN, get some acidophilus, and u should be straight. Write in and let me know how it goes.

Q: Do men care when their girlfriends' gain weight?

A: It depends on her size when we get with her. Let's say ya clothes are 2 and you get to a 4, ehh not so much, but if you a 6 and then go to a 12, Yes! Big women have certain confidence they carry when they're big, little women that GET big don't have that same confidence and it shows. So lay off the bread and stay in the gym.

Philly rapper chill moody responds to trump inauguration in, "this ain't my america"(video)

Chill Moody is a talented lyricist from Philly that I met five years ago and stayed in contact with through the years, via social media. Moody cativated my attention early on because he was so intelligently lyrical in a time when most considered hip hop to be dying.

Now flash all these years later, Chill Moody is still making impactful music. His "kNewest" song is a track entitled, "This Ain't My America". Chill is definitely 'moody' on this one! Spitting hard bars as he express his anger at the ongoing injustices directed at black people. I'm so appreciative of this form of expression. Kudos to Chill Moody for using his platform to make a statement.

are you in your own way? 5 tips to unblock your breakthrough

We tend to be our own worst critics. Someone says, "I love your shirt", and instead of simply thanking the person for the compliment you'll reply, "Really? But, this shirt soooooo old...". Or some other negative rebuttal. Why is it so easy to point out flaws instead of highlighting and appreciating what's good? All we have is one shot at life. It would be so much of a better experience, full of blessings in abundance if we program our brains to react in a positive thought process.

Fear, self-doubt and negativity are major hindrances in the pursuit of happiness. I never felt like I was beginning to excel to my fullest capacity until I changed my way of thinking. I had to stop feeling like I wasn't doing enough because I was doing the best I could do, and I was progressing. That in itself was a factor to appreciate and once I began to be thankful for the little steps, I began taking leaps and bounds.

Here are a few tips to put your energy in a positive space and activate the law of attraction. Its time to unblock your blessings!!!

  • COMPLIMENT YOURSELF

Find something you love about you and celebrate it! Repeat this step everyday until you can't get enough of you. Don't bask in the disappointment of what you don't have or can't do. Appreciate the qualities that you do have, and remember that you can work towards fixing whatever it is that you aren't fond of. Most of our self esteem issue begin with how we look, so instead of knocking yourself down for being out-of-shape, pick up a dumbbell or go for a brisk walk. You have to be your own cheerleader and motivate yourself to make progress.

  • TAKE RISKS

Fear is a main component in being stuck in the same place. You have to step out of the comfort zone and allow yourself to freely make mistakes if you want to live life yo your fullest potential. Failure is apart of success! How can you make something better, if you don't know what doesn't work? Regret and the feeling of "what if" is the biggest form of failure. Put faith into your passion and wholeheartedly reach for the goal. Everything you ever desired really is on the other side of your fears.

  • SUPPORT OTHERS

While I'm a strong believer that you should keep your eyes on your own prize. There's nothing wrong with empowering others. This doesn't mean you should over extend your services though. Don't say "yes" to someone if it means saying "no" to your needs. However, if you can be of help without it compromising your integrity or taking away from your focus, you should! I find that people are so afraid to lend a hand or make a connection, because they think it will stop their flow or block an opportunity. On the contrary, one person's success is not another's failure and God's gift's are personal. The universe will take care of you when you take care of others. Celebrate your friend's blessing because it just means your's are on the way!!!

  • TAKE BREAKS FROM DISTRACTIONS

"Work hard, play harder" is a mantra I do practice, but not its a HUGE relieve when you give yourself a moment to reset. Too much of anything isn't good. Everyone has different vices but here a few I feel are the most popular and should be halted periodically, if not for good.

  1. Social Media: Its easy to get wrapped up in what other people present as reality and it can cause you to doubt yourself and question your journey. Always remember people only highlight their wins, not loses and you never know what's being hidden behind close door. Everyone isn't who they "post" to be and there isn't a filter to create the illusion of success.
  2. Drinking/Smoking: We all kNOw the risks, yet so many choose to ignore. However, aside from the health issues, the cost of drugs and alcohol isn't cheap and that money could be used towards investing in your dreams.
  3. Going Out: This for me is just another waste of time, if you are one of those people who is always complaining about not being where you what to be in life! In my line of business, going out is apart of the grind, I'm not going to act as though I don't enjoy it. However, rarely do I party for leisure and I even force myself to take breaks. I have a daughter who needs time and there was a extended period when my site was falling to the waistline. I had to reevaluate and get back on track.
  • PRAY

This is so important to me. While I'm NOT religious, I AM very spiritual, Everything I do is based of energy and intuition. In the craziness of my day to day, I like to take a moment to be calm and still. I've even set an alarm on my phone, to remind me three times a day. (6AM, NOON, and 6PM), Even if you don't believe in 'God", I still think you should allow yourself peaceful moments where you can mentally manifest what you waht from the universe.
